Sifu Myriam Patiño

Sifu Myriam was born in Mexico City and started her energy training in the Shaolin Arts in 2007. After traveling frequently for many years to deepen her understanding of the Arts, she moved to Canada in 2019 to learn exclusively from the Grandmaster Emiko Hsuen.

Sifu Myriam has trained traditional martial arts, qigong and meditation for more than 16 years.

She also has a bachelor’s degree in Communications and is an Irish dancing certified teacher and adjudicator. She has taught dance to hundreds of kids and adults for the past 25 years.

Sifu Myriam is committed to her energy training and to spreading the joy and freedom of being a spiritual cultivator in these important times of change in the entire world.

Myriam is currently teaching online to students in both Mexico and the USA, sharing her passion for the Arts to a wider audience. She holds certification as a Springkicks® Affiliate Instructor, having completed  Levels 1 and 2 of the Joy&Freedom-Springkicks Masters Training Programme, which allows her to teach around the world with the guidance of Grandmaster Emiko Hsuen.
