What is Internal Energy Training?

It is the training of one's energy for optimized health, happiness, and quality of life. 

The principles of safety and developing inner peace of mind are included in the aspect of optimized health.

Internal energy training has been passed down through the ages within the cultures and belief systems of its exponents. Some names within their historical and cultural contexts are: qigong, yoga, dhyana, zen, dzogchen, tantra, prayer, meditation, wuji, shaolin kungfu, tai chi chuan, neural reprogramming based on modern science, and prayer.

The completeness and efficacy of a training system can be assessed by whether or not it recognizes the presence of Source/Great Way, and that correct development of the practitioner includes:
- development of the Heart
- nurturing of ethics and moral values.

Abundance of energy, cheerfulness of character, goodwill towards others and zest for life are characteristics typical of someone practising authentic internal energy training.
