Sifu Francesca Blandizzi

Sifu Francesca is proud of her Italian roots and also proud to be a first generation Canadian in this beautiful country of Canada. Her formal training began at the age of 20, studying meditation in the Vajrayana Buddhist tradition. Here she felt the calling and heart’s wish to a lifelong path of cultivation and Freedom. Sifu Francesca has also trained in the Shaolin Arts, Western Mystery tradition and Christianity.

Sifu Francesca has completed Joy&Freedom-Springkicks - Level 1 - Masters Training and is currently studying Level 2 Masters Training. Sifu Francesca is deeply grateful for the in-depth, authentic and customized master level training from the head instructor, Grandmaster Emiko Hsuen.

Sifu Francesca is also a classically trained singer, a song writer, a voice over talent and has a passion for healthy and delicious food, cooking, organic farming and nature photography, all of which are her joy to share with others.
