For genuine and long-lasting results, it is ideal to learn and train in an environment that is safe. In a safe space, practitioners can relax and try out new moves, get to know how their bodies work, and do partner training with others in varying degrees of intensity; this makes for a stimulating and fun experience, while engendering the fundamental internal stance of a warrior.
